Operation Christmas Child.

A ministry opportunity to share Christ with needy children in troubled countries in the form of a simple, gift-filled shoebox. Home School Resource Fair

If you are Home Schooling your children and would like more information on resources that are available, plan to attend our inaugural Home School Resource Fair on Saturday, August 7 from 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM in the Youth Building. For more information contact DeeDi at 473-5218.

SHACHAH in Concert

Outreach/Concert: Our youth ministry is hosting an evangelistic concert featuring the band SHACHAH on Saturday, August 7, 2010. Doors open at 4:30 PM for free hot dogs; concert begins at 6:30 PM. Admission is two canned food items, which benefits the Springs Rescue Mission. For more information, please see Pastor Mark in the Youth Building.

Alzheimer’s Support Group

Our Alzheimer’s support group will meet Sunday, August 8 from 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM in room 208. We meet every 2nd Sunday of the month.  All are welcome to attend.

BBQ and Movie Night

Join us on Wednesday, August 11 at 5:30 PM for a Potluck BBQ in the Café/Patio area and at 6:30 PM for our “Movie Night” featuring “Fireproof.” We will provide the Hamburgers and Hotdogs; you bring a dish to share.  Sign up at the Information Center.

W2W Back to Bible Study Potluck

Our potluck brunch will be on Saturday, August 14 at 9:30 AM in the Youth Sanctuary. Come and enjoy a morning of fellowship with friends, meet new friends and hear about our upcoming fall Bible studies.  Sign up at the Information Center. Childcare provided.

Men’s Golf Tournament

We are excited to announce our annual Men’s Golf Tournament on Monday, August 23 at Cheyenne Shadows Golf Club. Cost is 60.00 per person and event starts at 8:00AM sharp. See Craig Williams or Nate Atkins at the Information Center to register.

W2W Summer Celebration of Testimonies

Mark your calendars for Saturday, August 28 at 6:30 PM to hear Thelma Wells, former Women of Faith speaker. Thelma will be sharing from her book “God is not through with me yet” ($25 golden seats, $20 regular seating co-ed event – all are welcome) Details at the Information Center!

W2W Fall Retreat - “Beyond the Masquerade”
