Teaching Every Little Child
About the kingdom of God is our primary goal! We believe that when children are taught the truth about the gospel, and choose to believe it, then they will begin to "GLO" in the dark world as Jesus instructed in Matthew 5:16, "Let your light shine (GLO) before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven." We desire that every child who walks through our doors will witness the true love of Jesus by how we care for them.
Nursery
It is our honor and joy to care for your babies during service. In the nursery at CWC, your child will recieve constant interaction and stimulation by our well trained volunteers. Our nursery staff is committed to providing exceptional care to your child while you are worshipping.
Preschool
We believe that teaching God’s Word to the preschool age is foundational for each child’s spiritual development. Therefore, we use a curriculum which is full of fun, age-appropriate activities that will help our Little Ones know who Jesus is and how much He loves them. Music, games, Bible memory, prayer, story time, and snack time are all a part of our schedule during this time. We ask that parents not send snacks with their child that may contain nuts. We also do not serve foods that have been processed in factories whose equipment processes nuts. |
Elementary
Here at CWC, we emphasize worship of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. As class begins, all our elementary children join together for worship in our worship room. Together they will pray and sing to the Lord. After worship, the children return to their assigned rooms where they interact with solid Bible teaching, games, and scripture memory.
AWANA
Is fun with a purpose – to reach and train kids for Jesus Christ. Games, puppets, crafts, awards and other activities transform our preschool program into a lively weekly experience where fun and learning go hand in hand. This is a free, church sponsored program which meets on Wednesday evenings during the school year form 6:30-8:00PM. It is for children who have turned 3 by September 15th through 5th grade.
