WHAT WE BELIEVE
We believe that a man’s purpose is:
1. To Serve
2. To Lead
3. To Provide
And it’s our job to raise up men to take their place in these positions!!!
HOW WE DO IT
We have three strategies that we use to equip the men of Calvary Worship Center
1. Getting the Men into The Word of God
2. Providing a place for Men to be accountable.
3. Having a men’s ministry that prays fervently
We provide several opportunities to get men into the Word of God
1. Men’s prayer group every Tuesday morning @ 6:30am
2. Small Group Bible studies -Scripture memorization
3. Quarterly Men’s Breakfast
4. Once a month Leadership meetings
5. Men’s retreat
6. Study Pastor Al's message once a month -first of the month
We also feel that accountability is the rock in which to place our foundation and we strive to create a safe place for men to find accountability partners. To achieve this, we:
1. Connect men into small groups
2. Suggest that they have three men that they can contact to discuss any subject matter
3. Meeting with leaders monthly
Prayer is one of the necessities of a walk with the Father, to encourage good prayer habits we:
1. Ask the men’s ministry leaders to attend Tuesday morning prayer
2. Equip the leaders with prayer guides and teach them how to use them
3. Take time to pray 15-30 minutes before starting every bible study

Our expectations for our Leaders
1. Live a holy life

4. Inform meeting subject, attendance, turn in weekly or monthly minutes
